Performance Appraisal 2020

The annual performance appraisal of NHM staff is presently due. All staff are directed to submit duly filled formats authenticated by the head of the institution concerned. Formats given in the link below has to be used. No other formats are admissible.

Last date of receipt of duly filled appraisals to DPMSU: June 22, 2020 at 3.00 PM

Appraisals submitted after the last date of submission will not be evaluated.
