Guidelines for inter district transfer to districts -2022-23
The process for general transfer in NHM for 2022 is now initiated.
Transfer of NHM employees were given in such a way that the inter district transfer application can be submitted by those persons recruited on a district level recruitment if they have completed at least 3 years in a district.
The following guidelines shall followed for inter district transfer.
- Inter district transfer to those persons recruited on a district level recruitment should have completed at least 3 years in a district.
- Inter district transfer will be given only if there is vacancy in the district where the employee needs to get transferred.
- Applications are to be submitted to the State Mission Director through the District Program Manager in the prescribed format (Annexure 1)
- Once the transfer sanctioned, he/she will not be eligible for inter-district transfer in the future.
- The last date of receipt of transfer application in DPMSU is 26th April 2022, 4.00 pm.
- Applications received after this date and/not in prescribed format will not be considered.
- Inter district transfer during subsequent months will be considered after submitting a fresh application and based on availability of vacant posts in the concerned districts.
