It is observed that due to errors in data entry and otherwise, few ASHAs are not getting their honorarium/incentive credited in time. Grievances so received at DPMSU are not processed in time because of non-availability of necessary supporting documents with the application.
To avoid back and forth letters which are time-consuming, we have devised a format in which the ASHA grievances have to be submitted to DPMSU. The format is linked below:
