Guidelines for inter district transfer to districts -2021
The process for general transfer in NHM for 2021 is now initiated.
Transfer of NHM employees were given in sucha way that the inter district transfer application can be submitted by those persons recruited on a district level recruitment if they have completed at least 3 years in a district.
The following guidelines shall followed for interdistrict transfer.
1. Inter district transfer to those persons recruited on a district level recruitment should have completed at least 3 years in a district.
2. Inter district transfer will be given only if there is vacancy in the district where the employee needs to get transferred.
3. Applications are to be submitted to the State Mission Director through the District Program Manager in the prescribed format (Annexure 1)
4. Once the transfer sanctioned, he/she will not be eligible for inter-district transfer in the future.
5. The last date of receipt of transfer application in DPMSU is 03rd July 2021, 4.00 pm.
6. Applications received after this date and/not in prescribed format will not be considered.
7. Inter district transfer during subsequent months will be considered after submitting a fresh application and based on avilability of vacant posts in the concerned districts.
